Tiki Spice was designed to meet the personal taste of Chef Michael McSweeny. This incredible, natural seasoning is created on the island of Kauai.

Tiki Spice is made of the finest, hand harvested, solar dried Hawaiian sea salt. It has been cool smoked over native guava wood, producing an exquisitely exotic and mellow seasoning.
